Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Since all items are made-to-order, your order will ship once the item(s) is/are complete. This usually takes between 2-3 weeks.
Packages shipped via Canada Post are insured against loss or damage. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Packages require a signature to complete delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with insurance sufficient to cover loss or damage due to shipping. Claims for loss or damage must be made with Canada Post directly.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Unfortunately, because our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns at this time. If your item arrives damaged, contact UPS directly to file an insurance claim. Once processed, money earned from your claim can be put toward the purchase of a replacement item.
We are not responsible for furnishing replacement of incorrectly sized rings. Be absolutely certain of your correct ring size before placing your order. If you are uncertain as to your correct ring size, please see your local jeweller for assistance.
