Shipping Policies

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Since all items are made-to-order, your order will ship once the item(s) is/are complete. This usually takes between 2-3 weeks.

Packages shipped via Canada Post are insured against loss or damage. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Packages will not be safe-dropped if you are not home to receive your package. Packages require a signature to complete delivery.

When your order is ready, we shall contact you by e-mail and/or telephone in order to arrange a convenient time for us to deliver your order to you.

When your order is ready, we shall contact you by e-mail asking which market and which day you plan to collect your order, so that we will be sure to have it ready for you. If you do not indicate which market and day, we cannot guarantee that we will have it when you visit us at the market.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders places separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with insurace sufficient to cover loss or damage due to shipping.

Unfortunately, because our items are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns at this time.

If your item arrives damaged, contact Canada Post directly to file an insurance claim. Once processed, money earned from your claim can be put toward the purchase of a replacement item.

We are not responsible for furnishing replacement of incorrectly sized rings. Be absolutely certain of your correct ring size before placing your order. If you are uncertain as to your correct ring size, please see your local jeweller for assistance.
