All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that violate these Terms, or appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or other unauthorized entities.

Once an order is placed, we will confirm acceptance by email. The sale contract is formed upon our acceptance.

Prices for products are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

Taxes, shipping, and handling charges are calculated at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payments must be made in full before orders are shipped. We accept payment via methods specified on our website.

Certain products may have limited availability and are subject to our return and exchange policies.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and images. However, we do not guarantee that your device will accurately represent product colors.

Descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Custom designs involve a destructive manufacturing process, and original wax or plaster molds will not be retained.

Silicone molds may be requested for an additional fee, subject to feasibility at our discretion.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy, available on our website.

Custom-designed products are non-refundable.

Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on the destination and selected service.

Once products are shipped, risk of loss and title transfers to the buyer.

International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated.

We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from the sale or use of our products.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
